Gainsborough Hardware Industries Limited is committed to protecting the environment.

Joining the National Packaging Covenant in 2006 has led Gainsborough to a renewed focus on ensuring all our present and future packaging is recyclable where possible, and looking at new ways to reduce waste across the whole business.

To date, as a result of these commitments, Gainsborough has successfully reduced its water consumption by 30% over 2005 levels, and reduced hard waste by 22%.

Gainsborough is proud of these achievements and will continue to monitor and measure its performance in these areas to ensure future improvements.

The new Synergi range of product is only available in fully recyclable packaging, containing approximately 85% previously recycled materials.
